Beauté » LeClerc Face Powder Tins

LeClerc was founded in 1881, the height of the Belle Époque by Théophile LeClerc, an obsessive young chemist determined to wean women from the then-popular, overly theatrical and cake-like face make up. Much experimentation with rice starch and pigments yielded a luxurious powder formula, never bettered, whose refinements complement natural skin tones - enhancing the individual beauty of the powderee.
